1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and php444 ("php444," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the php444 social casino platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at https://php444.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that party.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the php444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. php444 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming or social casino activities are prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of php444 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the php444 Platform or any related service operated by php444.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

php444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by php444 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the php444 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

The following rules apply to your php444 account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active php444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify php444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. php444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• Account Verification (KYC): php444 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Accuracy: The name registered on your php444 account must match the name on your verified payment method (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account). Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the php444 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). php444 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PHP.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your php444 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. php444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• php444 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match your verified php444 account details.
• php444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may not be eligible to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. php444 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a specific payment method for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• php444 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during business hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. php444 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• php444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. This may result in temporary delays while verification is completed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

php444 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. php444 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

php444 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not used within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: php444 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, or exploitation of errors or loopholes in the Platform.
• Loyalty Program: Points earned through the php444 Loyalty Program are subject to the specific terms and conditions of that program, which are published separately on the Platform.
• Right to Modify: php444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

6. Gameplay Rules

The php444 Platform offers a curated selection of social casino games, including Fishing, Panda Dragon Boat, Dino Hunter, Treasures of Aztec, and Captain's Bounty. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game Integrity: All games on the php444 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages and volatility ratings are based on certified data and are available in the Analysis section of the Platform.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, php444 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. php444 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a verified technical error.
• Game Rules: Each game on the Platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. php444 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Disputed Outcomes: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by php444's server logs shall be the definitive reference. php444's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

php444 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable, social, and entertaining activity — never a source of financial hardship or personal distress. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all php444 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately. An increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time limits to control the duration of their gaming sessions. php444 will display session duration information during active gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: php444 provides optional reality check notifications that remind players of the time elapsed during a gaming session at intervals chosen by the player.
• Age Verification: php444 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 21 years of age, pending age verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's software or games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or php444 staff through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the php444 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of php444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

php444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of the Content or the Platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in civil or criminal penalties.

10. Privacy & Data

php444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

php444 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and php444 cannot guarantee absolute security.

php444 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. php444 may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php444 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if php444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

php444's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude php444's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by php444's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. php444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Termination

php444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if php444 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, php444 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where such balance is reasonably connected to the breach.

You may close your php444 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the php444 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact php444's support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

14. Amendments to These Terms

php444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, php444 will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the php444 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. php444 recommends that you check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.
