• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active php444 account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML and financial record-keeping requirements.
• KYC & Identity Verification Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, as required by applicable AML regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction.
• Gaming & Activity Data: Retained for the duration of your active account, plus a minimum of two (2) years following account closure.
• Communications Data: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years following the date of the communication.
• Technical & Usage Data: Retained for a maximum of thirteen (13) months from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required for security or legal compliance purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, php444 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

If php444 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.
